Important information about our private Member's Club.
We are a private member's club
Cabo Broncos is a private Member's Club—we are NOT a traditional car rental agency. When you book a vehicle, you are purchasing a "Pass" to use our club vehicles during your membership period.
This structure allows us to offer premium, high-spec vehicles like the Ford Bronco Wildtrak with Sasquatch™ package that traditional rental agencies don't carry, and to provide a more personalized, concierge-style experience.
Pricing & fees
A reservation deposit is required to secure your booking dates and will be applied to the final cost.
Booking requirements
To book an unguided Bronco pass, we require:
- Names and contact details of all drivers
- Travel dates and accommodation address
- Valid driver's license showing minimum age of 25 for all drivers
- Proof of third-party rental insurance (we recommend RentalCover)
Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe.
Check-in process
The check-in process is smooth and simple. You'll need to:
- Sign a liability waiver and club vehicle use contract
- Provide a photo ID and your travel itinerary
- Allow us to take a quick photo during waiver signing
This helps streamline the experience and ensures safety for everyone. Lee, Donald, or Alonso will personally walk you through the vehicle features.
Insurance & safety
Third-party insurance is mandatory.
We recommend RentalCover for comprehensive coverage on main roads in Mexico. The $280.00 refundable security deposit serves as the insurance deductible.
We emphasize safety and responsibility. The security deposit is returned in full upon safe return of the vehicle in accordance with club policies.
Driving area & restrictions
Important rules
- •No drinking and driving — zero tolerance policy
- •No unauthorized drivers — only listed drivers may operate the vehicle
- •Driving limit: 50 miles north of La Paz maximum
The Wildtrak is built for adventure, but we want everyone to return safely!
Pickup & drop-off
We offer complimentary delivery throughout Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo—airport, hotel, resort, or private villa. Our team coordinates pickup and drop-off for a seamless experience.
