Cancellation policy
We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know.
Due to the nature of our club memberships and adventure experiences, all sales are final. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
Cancellation timeline
14+ days before start date
Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 14 days of start date
Non-refundable. However, we offer one complimentary reschedule within 12 months, subject to availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours)
Will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Reschedule option
If you need to reschedule, we offer one complimentary date change within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
Weather & extenuating circumstances
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle unavailability or extreme weather conditions), you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
In the event of severe weather or extenuating circumstances on your end, we may provide a credit for a future booking at our discretion.
Security deposit
Your $280.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle in accordance with club policies. The deposit serves as the insurance deductible and is returned within 5-7 business days after your rental concludes.
