Our hassle-free process
1. Club details:
Joining the Club:
- • Membership Fee: $400 per year or $100 for a minimum of three months.
- This membership grants you access to rent the Club's exclusive “vehicles” including Broncos and offshore fishing vessels (coming soon).
- As a member, you have the privilege of reserving one of the available Broncos (subject to availability).
Membership Requirements:
- You must be a foreign national.
- Minimum age requirement: 25 years.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Rental Fees Breakdown:
- Membership fee: $100 (3 months), $400 (1 year).
- Vehicle fee (car/boat): Duration-dependent.
- $2,500 deductible security deposit.
- Mexican Tax (IVA %16).
Example One-Day (24-hour) Adventure Pass:
- Membership: $100
- Vehicle Use (1 day): $900
- Mexican Tax (16%): $160
- Total: $1,160 (A 1-day car pass for 2-door Wildtrak with no insurance or other vehicle claims.)
- Refundable security deposit: $2,500

2. Smooth Check-in Process
- Sign a liability waiver, taking full responsibility for the rented vehicle, conveniently on a tablet.
- Provide a picture of your driver's license, passport, travel itinerary, and a picture of yourself while signing the waiver.
- Insurance details: We prioritize an exciting and safe experience with our high-end luxury Broncos A $2,500 deposit is required, serving as the insurance deductible and fully refundable upon vehicle return with no damage recorded. Prohibited activities include drunk driving, unauthorized drivers, and driving outside the permissible range. Smoking, open alcohol, or drug use in the car is strictly prohibited for everyone's well-being. Violation of these terms may result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit. We take your safety seriously, as these vehicles are not toys. We also REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE of third party insurance from www.rentalcover.com. This DOES NOT COVER OFFROAD ACTIVITIES but does cover your insurance needs on the main roadways while driving around in Mexico.
3. Convenient Pickup and Drop-off Services
- We offer pickup and drop-off at your preferred location, whether it's the airport or a local hotel.
- Our team will coordinate with you to ensure a seamless experience.
4. Customized Baja Adventures
- For an additional fee of $200 per day, per guide, enjoy a tailored adventure just for you.
- Our experienced guides will accompany you, maximizing your enjoyment and exploration (meal expenses during the guided adventure are to be covered by the clients).
- Our team can also coordinate and design a customized multi-day itinerary based on your preferences. Explore scenic routes, visit cultural landmarks, and engage in thrilling outdoor activities.
- For guided tours, you will NOT be required to pay the $2500 security deposit.
5. Booking requirements
READ CAREFULLY, below is what we’ll need from you to secure a reservation.
- Aside from availability of your desired vehicles, at time of booking we’ll need the following information.
- Name, Phone, Email. Social Media of the listed drivers.
- Travel dates and airline, and where you will be staying and parking of the Bronco.
- Desired adventure activity, day adventure, or week long vehicle use for your vacation transportation needs.
- Valid drivers license for all designated drives (minimum age 25 years old)
- Proof of valid US insurance.
- Proof of additional insurance from www.rentalcover.com
- Visa, Mastercard or Paypal
- Stated experience and understanding of driving backcountry and on sandy beaches.
- 50% reservation deposit paid to secure your adventure dates, with full balance of trip and vehicle security deposit of $2,500 to be paid no less than 24 hours of delivery of the Bronco.
